The crowd was still buzzing from the previous night’s events, especially Will Ospreay’s brutal Hidden Blade that laid out Daniel Garcia on Dynamite. Garcia, who had just left the Death Riders, was determined to settle the score.

The show kicked off with a celebration as The Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley) made their AEW debut. Sabin asked the crowd if they doubted they’d show up, praising Detroit as a wrestling city. The Death Riders surrounded the ring, but Moxley called them off, and The Gunns hit 3:10 to Yuma on Finlay to close the show.
